Hayat's Kitchen | Our Story
Rooted in tradition, open every day
Hayat's Kitchen brings fine Lebanese cooking to California — generous portions, traditional recipes, and a genuine welcome.
The shared table
Lebanese dining is built around abundance — plates arriving together, hands reaching across the table. Los Angeles Times critic Bill Addison called it "a whirling mosaic of oblong-cut meats, swirled dips, clattering spoons and reaching hands."
North Hollywood, every day
Open daily on Burbank Boulevard, with pickup, delivery, and in-person dining. The patio, outdoor bread oven, and the smell of grilling meat have become landmarks of the neighborhood.

A recognized kitchen
The Los Angeles Times, the Daily News, and LA Eater have each covered Hayat's Kitchen — the Daily News calling it "a hidden Middle Eastern restaurant in North Hollywood worth the search." The recognition is welcome, but the regulars were here first.
From our kitchen to your gathering
Catering options span grilled meats, home cooking, salads, sweets, and party trays — the same food that fills the dining room, scaled to your gathering.
